This refers to the Fly Car Model Porsche 935 K3 "Comunidad Red - Cajasur", a very rare and wanted slotcar (race track car) on a scale of 1:32.

This particular model has been released as a Limited Edition and was delivered in a luxury collector's box. The car is equipped with race number #24 and carries the livery (stickering) of the Spanish savings bank CajaSur and Comunidad Red.

The story behind the design
In 2009, Spanish bank CajaSur signed an exclusive deal with the slotcar manufacturer Fly Car Model. The bank started a promotion called the "Depósito Slot Comunidad Red".

Customers who opened a specific savings account and deposited at least € 900,- on this, received this unique Porsche 935 K3 as a gift.
The car was specially designed for this banking campaign in the brand colors of their online community (Comunidad Red).
A total of only 550 copies have been made, making it purely a promotional collector's item and not a replica of a historic racer.

The real Porsche 935 K3
The basis of the model is of course based on a legend. The real Porsche 935 K3 was one of the most successful endurance racers ever. The car had a 3.2-liter six-cylinder boxer engine with double turbo, good for about 750 to 800 hp. The type won the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1979. However, real copies from that time drove with well-known historical liveries such as Jägermeister, Apple Computer or Kremer Racing

Because the production by Fly Car Model has been completely stopped for a long time, this copy has become a popular collectors item among enthusiasts.
