1. Seller

2. Offer and products

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through 4slotters. Product pages form part of the offer. For individual and used items, the photographs, stated condition, car grade and box grade describe the actual item. Minor colour differences caused by a screen or camera do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices and tax

Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Some used goods may be sold under the margin scheme. VAT on a margin-scheme item is not shown separately or deductible. A mixed order may contain both standard-taxed and margin-scheme lines; the invoice identifies the treatment per line. Shipping and any destination charges are shown before confirmation.

4. Order and payment

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation, subject to payment and stock verification. One-off items can be sold only once. If concurrent orders make an item unavailable, we refund the affected payment without undue delay. Available payment methods are shown in checkout and processed by the selected payment provider.

5. Delivery

We deliver to countries for which checkout offers a shipping method. In-stock orders are normally handed to the carrier on the next working day. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods are received.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The notice must be sent within that period. The goods must then be returned within 14 days after the notice. The consumer pays the direct return cost unless we agreed otherwise or supplied the wrong or defective item.

We refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods are returned or proof of return is supplied. A consumer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. Statutory exceptions apply only where relevant and disclosed before purchase.

7. Conformity and complaints

Goods must conform to the agreement. A used item can show the wear clearly disclosed on its page, but disclosure does not remove statutory rights. Contact us promptly with the order number, item number, description and photographs where useful. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 14 days.

8. Liability and force majeure

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will inform the customer and take reasonable steps to limit the effect.

9. Law

Dutch law applies. Consumers retain the mandatory protection of the country in which they normally live. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.
