Data we process

We process account and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order and payment status, customer-service messages, technical and consent data, and information supplied in a sell-to-us submission. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

Why we process data

We use data to perform orders, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent misuse, meet tax and accounting duties, manage consent, improve the shop where permitted, and review purchase submissions. Processing is based on the contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent, depending on the purpose.

Service providers

Data is shared only where needed with providers such as our Shopware hosting and technical suppliers, Mollie for payments, PostNL and other selected carriers for delivery, and Novus as our approved product and operations system. Authorities and advisers receive data only where law or a justified claim requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the statutory tax and accounting period, normally seven years in the Netherlands. Other data is kept no longer than needed for the stated purpose, dispute handling, security or a legal duty. Account holders may request account deletion, subject to records we must retain.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies operate the basket, checkout, language, security and consent choices. With consent, we may use Google Analytics to understand shop use and ecommerce performance. Shopware keeps analytics disabled until the statistical-cookie choice is accepted. Consent can be changed or withdrawn through the cookie settings at any time.

International processing

If a provider, including Google where analytics is enabled, processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where the law provides it, and withdraw consent for future processing. Email info@4slotters.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

Security and changes

We use organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the data. We update this policy when our processing or legal duties change; the current version is published here.
