Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You may use the withdrawal form linked in the footer or email info@4slotters.com. Include your name, address, order number, the items concerned and the date.

Returning the goods

Return the goods within 14 days after telling us that you withdraw. Unless agreed otherwise, direct return costs are yours. Pack the item carefully and use a traceable service. Send returns only after receiving our return instructions; our premises do not accept customer collection or walk-in returns.

Refund

We refund eligible payments, including the cost of our cheapest standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after your statement. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return. We use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Handling and exceptions

You may inspect the product as you could in a shop. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and operation. Statutory exceptions apply only where relevant and disclosed before purchase.
