The Fiat Abarth 1000 #23 refers in the racing world and model making to specific versions of the legendary compact racer from the 60's and 70's. Depending on the context, the term can be traced back to the following two meanings: 1. Historic car race (1965) In the real motorsport history, the Fiat Abarth 1000 TC with starting number 23 was part of the fourth round of the European Touring Car Championship (ETCC) on the circuit of Zolder in 1965. The car was registered by the Racing Team S.A.S. and driven by Dutch driver Philip Keller. 2.
