Purpose Designed for Le Mans Prototype (LMP) racing in the International Sports Racing Series, American Le Mans Series, and 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Design Intended to be an affordable yet capable prototype for privateer teams. Featured a unique front-end design with blunt fenders and side-mounted headlights.
Engine Options Designed around a Roush-designed Ford 6.0 Litre V8. Other options included a turbocharged Ford V6, Lotus V8, Chevrolet V8, BMW Inline-6, and Judd V10.
Racing History Debuted in 1999. Faced strong competition from factory teams at Le Mans. DAMS, a privateer team, achieved success in the International Sports Racing Series with the B98/10. One of the chassis was used in the production of the film Michel Vaillant. The car made its final appearance in competition in 2003.
