Condition grading

A condition grade is a quick comparison tool. Always use it together with the product description and the photographs of the actual item.

Separate grades

Where possible, the slotcar and its packaging receive separate grades. A car can therefore have a higher or lower grade than its box.

C1 to C10

C10 represents an item that appears new or virtually flawless. C8-C9 indicates very good condition with only limited signs of age or handling. C5-C7 covers visible use, wear or defects that remain clearly shown and described. C1-C4 is reserved for heavily worn, incomplete or restoration-grade items.

Used and new

New means the item has not been used, even when it is older stock. Used items are labelled separately. Original-box status is also shown independently where known.
