This SCX STS Mercedes 280 GE #2 wears a red-and-white Marlboro rally livery and sits high on coarse off-road tyres. Its four-wheel-drive mechanism and long sprung guide arm were designed for the ramps and obstacles of the Super Track System.
The new analog model is presented in its original STS 4x4 box, whose outer cardboard shows visible age and wear. Reference 2201 marks it as a distinctive vintage SCX off-road release.
