MG Vanquish McLaren M8D #12 – Chuck Parsons, Riverside 1971
Vanquish MG modelled the red McLaren that Chuck Parsons raced for Motschenbacher Racing in the 1971 Can-Am season, complete with the Paul Newman lettering on the flank and starting number 12. Parsons brought the car home fifth at Riverside that year.
The 1:32 model shows off the open V8 with its chrome intake stacks and carries Goodyear, Union 76 and STP markings just like the original. Reference MG-CA3, supplied in its display case with a driver figure at the wheel.
