Ferrari built only 12 examples of the 575 GTC. One chassis, no. 2204, is noteworthy: raced extensively by JMB Racing in 2004, it also entered the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2005 as car number 69, driven by Stéphane Daoudi, Jean-René de Fournoux, and Jim Matthews. Unfortunately, the car retired due to engine failure during the eighth hour.
