Price & Payment

Published prices are correct at the time but may be changed by us at any time.

Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Payment is automatically authorised online and your credit/debit card will be charged when the order is ready to be dispatched.

For pre-order items your credit/debit card / PayPal is pre-authorised at the time when your order is placed and is only charged when the items are in stock ready to be dispatched.

Delivery & Handling

Orders received will usually be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days but time will not be of the essence unless agreed in writing.

Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination:

• Netherlands: €5 (delivery time approximately 1-2 days)
• Europe: €15 (delivery time approximately 1-10 days)
• US & Canada: €20 (delivery time approximately 10 days)
• Australia & Japan: €25 (delivery time approximately 14-21 days)

Orders may be shipped together as one order or sent as part orders.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Products

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions and prices listed on the 4slotters.com website are correct and up to date as possible.

It is understood and agreed that product images and descriptions may not necessarily be accurate of the item. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All items for sale on our website are brand new, packaged/boxed and unused unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Stock Status Level

Our stock system on the website shows the exact status of each product available to buy.

A product is either In Stock, Pre-Order or Sold Out. This is 99% accurate although some slight discrepancies can occur.

All items are subject to availability. If we are unable to complete an order, we will either cancel the order or contact you by telephone or email explaining why. This could be stock shortage, payment issues etc. We will not supply substitute products without contacting you first.

Pre-Orders

We do not charge for pre-order items until the product becomes available and is ready to be dispatched.

Because new products arrive at different times during the year, customers with multiple Pre-Order items will be contacted with the option to:

1. Reserve the item and wait for further Pre-Order items to arrive in stock and send in one parcel at a later date.
2. Send new item straight away (postage added for each parcel sent).

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our website or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
